Licensed Electricians for Rural Property

What Tyrone Electrical Services Protects

Wells, heat and ventilation across Tyrone come before lighting in every design.

Our Journey

Built on the Faults Other People Missed

Most of what Tyrone Electrical Services does across Tyrone began as somebody's third visit for the same problem. Testing under working load, rather than in an empty house, is how we made our name.

2011

Starting Out

One licensed electrician with a meter and a van, called out to intermittent faults that had survived everybody else who had tried.

2015

Licensed Contractor

ECRA/ESA registration meant we could file our own notifications, book our own inspections, and put our name on every certificate.

2019

A Broader Trade

Service upgrades, EV charging and standby power joined the diagnostic work, then the same crews moved into commercial premises.

Today

Still Diagnosing First

A full electrical contractor, but the habit that started it has not changed: measure before recommending, and say so when nothing is needed.

Our Story

The Electrician Who Quotes It Does It

No handover between a salesperson, a scheduler and somebody who has never seen the property. One licensed electrician takes the job from the first look to the certificate.

Our Mission and Values

Wells, workshops, barns and long driveways create distances and loads that suburban work never has to solve, and our mission across Tyrone is to design for them properly rather than approximately.

What We Stand For

Distance changes every calculation, so these four apply on every rural job:

  • Sized across the run: feeds are calculated for voltage drop over the whole distance, not for the load waiting at the end of them.
  • Every building counted: panel upgrades allow for pumps and workshops, because a domestic calculation misses motor starting current entirely.
  • Notified and certified: inspection is arranged and the certificate handed over, so work past the meter is documented rather than energised.
  • Urgent where it counts: emergency electrical services treat a fault that takes out a well pump as the emergency it genuinely is.

What We Offer

From one dead circuit to a whole-house rewire, Tyrone Electrical Services handles diagnosis, permit, installation and inspection across every building on the property. That includes EV charger installation, backup generator installation, whole home surge protection and pot light installation.

Digging and making good are inside the price you approve, not raised later as an unavoidable addition.

Our Commitment

Built for Distance and Buildings That Must Work

Across Tyrone, Tyrone Electrical Services installs for property where feeds run a long way and the buildings they serve cannot simply be shut down.

  • Calculated Over the Run: Long feeds are sized across the whole distance, which is what keeps equipment at the far end running properly.
  • Farms, Workshops and Homes: Pump circuits, barn boards, workshop supplies and household work all sit with the same licensed crews.
  • Old Cable Cleared: Knob-and-tube wiring removal and aluminum wiring replacement are completed and certified rather than deferred.
  • Rated for Hard Conditions: CSA-approved devices suited to dust, damp and cold, with conductors sized for continuous duty.
  • Groundworks Included: Trenching, conduit and making good are inside the quoted figure rather than raised once the work has begun.
  • Labelled and Recorded: A home electrical safety inspection ends with a labelled board, so the installation can be maintained sensibly.
About Tyrone Electrical Services
Our Commitment

“We would rather come back once for nothing than have you call somebody else about our work.”

Cover You Can Read

Two years on our labour and the full manufacturer warranty on parts, both written on the invoice so there is nothing to remember or dispute later.

Assessed, Not Pitched

The visit is a survey rather than a sales call. If the work is not needed you will be told, even where the larger job would have been the easier sale.

Left as We Found It

Drop sheets, patched drywall and a printed panel directory. The only visible change should be the work you actually asked us to do.

FAQs

The questions people ask Tyrone Electrical Services most

  • Every one of them. Tyrone Electrical Services holds contractor licensing and each electrician holds an individual licence, which is what makes our certificates worth something to an insurer.

  • Both get the same treatment. A single circuit is quoted as carefully as panel upgrades, rewiring, EV chargers or standby generators, and pot lights and lighting retrofits are everyday work across Tyrone.

  • Everywhere in Tyrone and the surrounding communities. If your town is on the service area page, crews are there weekly rather than occasionally.

  • Nothing. The survey is free, the figure is firm, and it holds for sixty days so you can compare it against another quote without being rushed.

  • No. The electrician who assessed and priced the job is the one who builds it, which is why nothing has to be explained twice.

  • Two years on our labour, plus the manufacturer warranty on parts. Tyrone Electrical Services prints both on the invoice so the cover is a document rather than a memory.
